    There is no way in hell that they would get MEO for $1, IF they were trying to take it over. There are too many jaded shareholders in this stock who wont give their shares up for less than $2. The ones who have been in since 2006/7... Im one of them, luckily i have averaged down and am now in the money, but still jaded... ;) hehe
