The holding for any serious investor to hold just 0.40% (20th largest holder) of total shares on issue in my view is not big investment i.e current price 58c and most likely with an average price much much lower.

I suspect that there are many people with holdings just near 20th place and the voting rights at the AGM may be influenced a much smaller group than what appears to be published.

IMO its interesting times ahead
