I think you might find that DKR have already converted all their notes and already sold all but 1 M of their remaining shares. We will hear about the conversion, as usual, only after the event as they have about 2 weeks to make the announcement. The changes in the nominee accounts are also normal as people shift holdings, especially at this time of year. AS has now moved to NY so the reincorporation of one of his several holdings into a nominee account is expected. Take into account the fact that many in the top 20 also have multiple holdings so the total number of shares under their control is very much higher than just 52%. The sudden flurry of buying by those known to AS and others close to the company is also expected since the timetable to IPO has been obvious for a while. As I have said the bold will take the bulk of the spoils as usual. The meek will be left with envy, also as usual.
