Citicorp and Merrill Lynch are both gone.
Citicorp a participant in the Apr-15 raise (15,720,000) and Merrill the participant in the May-15 raise (13,333,333).
Both institutional investors that were supposed to be good for the register.
Not only did they get dirt cheap shares $0.14 which caused a massive pull back, they’ve also sold into the pending DFS which is likely why there was never any sort of run on the news.
