Scholtz - I did an ASIC search on Acquwest. The sole Director is John Giovanni ABRUSCI and the Ultimate Holding Company is Lassell Holdings Pty Ltd which holds the 2 shares on issue.
The Directors of Lassell Holdings are John Giovanni Abrusci and Fleur Abrusci. The company has 100 shares on issue which are all held by Mr. Abrusci. Can you provide us a link to your other research as I can't find a connection. The best I can find on Mr. Abrusci is that he may own a construction company in WA.
