More than likely he wouldn't have anyway, or the Chairman would have stepped in and ruled someone out of order, or even forcing the meeting to an abrupt end. It is not the first time that these steps are taken when someone is forcing the issues.
Just ask Haasko as I am sure that he would known what would happen in these sort of circumstances.
