List of inhaled bronchodilators for COPD therapy currently prescribable through the Australian PBS scheme (see link below). Nothing analogous to nadolol is listed. Plenty of beta-2 receptor agonists but no beta-2 receptor antagonists such as nadolol. So nadolol may well become a first in class therapy for COPD.
