It's decades ago since I studies statistics at uni. but I don't think we can conclude because the trials have been extended, that it's necessarily a positive indication that troph. works . I think that the POWER of the data could be enhanced to show with more certainty that troph. either works or does not. I'd like to hear from some practicing statisticians.
