Sorry you are completely wrong, when unemployment drops to around below 7% the percentage changes become very difficult to accomplish going even further down. I have gone back to the market to secure new contracts around 30+times in my life, a small change in employment numbers around the 5-6% mark and contract rates go through the roof. Look at WA during the mining boom, I dont think unemployment even got below 3%
