Investek I would think that Sio are keeping a close eye on the funding situation. They have a fairly big stake in the company -
New York healthcare hedge fund, Sio Partners LP, is the largest shareholder with approximately 21% of issued shares post raise.
I suspect that they fronted up with just enough cash to get us through to the conclusion of the partnership deal and they will be expecting a big return on their investment.
