I think to invest in hadrians and WaaS process you need a market .FBR could not even get builders to use hadrian in Perth on any real volume.Perth appears to be a sand pit to test the hadrian .
Appears FBR focus is US and what Mark said also Mexico and Canada.
From the outline of the Mexico MOU , I think it was for about 20 builds in a pilot and if successful a contract for 5000 homes in scalable lots of at least 100 houses.Building at SCALE is what hadrian 110 is about.
I believe FBR is taking Aussie hadrian 110 to US to do pilots as part of something similar , maybe with D.R.Horton , I hope.
Manufacturing 3 US standard hadrians should help convert any opportunities quickly.Any contract to build many houses at scalable level should attract investors to hadrian and potential WaaS investors to execute the contracts.
Having said that BKW just need to invest in half a dozen hadrians as part of a supply and install contract and the SP rise would easily cover their investment , who knows ?
