Last 7 days IRESS & CommSec delayed all my BUY/SELL orders for 20-30 secs %-(
Hi All,
I am new in trading. I joined CommSec and IRESS 2 mths ago.
Everything was good util I started making a bit of money.
Since last week ALL my BUY and SELL orders for ANY amount of money for ANY stock were delayed for 20-30 secs in "Authorising" state. Needless to say I started loosing trades and money.
I called their Helpdesk 4-5 times, sent 2 complaints - NO ONE called me back and the situation is still the same.
When I call, they say "someone in our trading department is manually checking your orders" (!!!)
Who? No answer
Why? Internal procedure not to be disclosed
Why not fast enough? No comments
Why not after my orders are in market? No comments
Why my SELL orders are manually checked as well? No answer

For ANY amount of money for any stock my orders are delayed and I have lost quite some money already.
And yes, I do have CDIA account, no problems with this.
And, yes, I trade with my own money only, no credits whatsoever.
To me it looks like CommSec and IRESS traders are not only mirroring my activities but putting their orders ahead of mine.
Is it right?
I am in shock!
Anyone, any advice, suggestions?
I didn't do anything wrong, traded fairly, just made a couple of wins....
