I mentioned this same advice on the forum Friday... I've had no issues so won't put my time into it but check their terms & conditions. Does it allow for these manual authorisations and delays if you have the acceptable credit level? If it is not covered in their terms & conditions, call them and inform if it doesnt stop you will report them. If it continues, use that evidence in your report. The only way to deal with such issues are with the legal contracts etc. everyone is supposed to work within.
