I don't know details, but the SLX update on 27/2/07, section 4.2 (AEM side of things) mentioned that AEM had been subject to discussions re a third potential semiconductor application. "This application was brought to our attention through the enquiries of a major chip manufacturer, however the negotiations have not been successful in reaching agreement on commercial terms".
