Great find elmazio,,, This Bill introduced into the House would be dramatic if it got up . Apart from this development there has always been the vulnerable transport situation of the cobalt to China, Imagine what the implications would be if the ore for whatever reason was cut off from China. With such a hold on the global processing of cobalt puts the industry on edge day by day it is amazing how long this has been going on without a shortage occurring. The world has relied on this tenuous supply for a long time but it is not out of the realms of possibility that it could end one day with the outcome being chaos . IMO.
