Looks like Relenza was used as a bargaining chip with regards to the "excess" vaccine orders.
"Deal reached on surplus pandemic vaccine"
"The Department will purchase H5NI bird flu vaccine and courses of the antiviral Relenza as part of the agreement."
I wonder if other countries will follow suit.
