Not likely these were drilled between 2002 and 2004 which is when the 12 month extension to the farm period was negotiated which is what the claim is about. There are others ways to determine the prospectivity of ground other than drilling holes.It will most likely relate to the what went on in the farm in 12 month extension negotations and what was discovered regarding H/Q knowledge of the prospectivity of the lease prior to those negoiations. FME and FMW werent even on the radar for Ags then let alone FMS.
