QI. I think that the administrators can do just about anything that they feel are in the best interests of the involved parties. If they can come to an agreement on a deal that is viable then I think it can happen. Do not take this as legal advice however as I struggled for 3 years to get through grade 4. lol I really feel that Haoma could end up owning the plant with a pile of ore already there. I cannot see that it would be a financial proposition to move the stockpiles to another location for processing as it has already incurred expence to get it where it is. The grades are not good enough to have to keep moving it around. It would be better to use it for road building and break even I would think. Lockitt

Would think the administrator will want some sort of return for handing over processing plant and land and road access rights
