    Got the email, downloaded the installer, updated the ios App, but PC can't find the case nor is the device manager able to install the device. "Device driver software was not successfully installed" Look into the device manager reveals "Windows was unable to install your USB-Serial (Single Channel) - Windows could not find driver software for your device"
