If a potential investor was looking to buy into a company and the shares were around the 13 c mark and they heard the following
"several brokers have told me they should be trading over 20 cents , with all this new uranium talk in a few months they could hit the dollar mark"
Do you think they would be influenced to purchase shares in the company if some one from the street told them or possibly they heard it on a web forum or would they be more likely to buy if it came from someone involved with the company .
What are the ramifications for company directors indicating this kind of information to potential investors if it is not done via a market report to the asx.
