pretty sure Vlad is only interested in getting to the artic reserves of hydrocarbons so it makes it interesting the article puts a green spin on it by stating the amount of oil will be saved. We have clean ships to export more oil....yeah nah....no logic at all....
could icebreakers also be contributing to the decline of artic sea ice? Ice has a larger surface area subjected to water with smaller internal mass due to the breaking.
With the reserves we have.... Australia should be leading nuclear research. Turnbull launched his innovation strategy and this would have fitted well. Pity the opportunity was wasted.
