QFE have raised most of the capital already. Bit of shortfall from retail doesn't have material impact and not uncommon in ASX. So not to worry about too much.
As I mentioned earlier, there are lots of examples of shortfall in ASX but the companies did well as a business which is most important.
As investors, pls look into the business, future potential to grow, capabilities to overcome challenges. They are most important. QFE has done very well so far as a microcap business, don't expect better as an investor.
