I visited the sgtate library.

The book "stack" was not working so books could not be retrieved. Bugger.

I will go again in the newxt few days.

I am primarily interested in getting an understanding of historical grades and how much mining below, say 50 metres was done.

I only have a basic understanding. Much underground mining followed viens. The viens had to be close to surface and then were followed.

I am interested in reading about the grades of these veins and the amount of alluvial gold found.

Seems to be a trend for explorers to revisit old prospective mines and use modern and advanced techniques.

I read the previous owners were of the opinion of a strong chance of a decent resource upgrade. I read a mention of 1 M ounces.
