when the independent expert report did not arrive months after they announced that such a report was commissioned, I smelt a rat. Happy I got out before the rush. Still lost a stack!!!
Lesson learnt - if management do not fulfil and action what they announce to shareholders. They are not to be trusted and are incapable of running a company. They are only interested in helping themselves to very dubious profits.
Does anybody think that the MD could be chased for his sale of shares that netted $3 million.
