    The calculation is simple:

    ICN's MC = $90mln (round figure)

    40% of ATP855 = 165,000 acre.

    Value per acre = $90mln / 165k = $545/acre.

    Speculative number, as I said, still a long way to go. Just like CSG stocks in its early day. Personally, I believe shale gas industry will be the way to go.
