I don't see any discussion about the new Vegemite label....

I don't see any discussion about the new Vegemite label. Apparently it promotes in big letters that it is vegan friendly.
I would have thought that maybe that is harmless enough , yet is interesting because Bega is actually a dairy company and their main business is as a result of milking dairy cows. Now I can understand they wanted to appeal to The Vegan consumers but it is only a matter of time that the vegans point out to all their friends that Vegemite is owned by a company that profits from milking dairy cows. I would have thought that the most appropriate thing to do would be to have vegan friendly in small letters on the Vegemite label.
I have also seen results of a survey done in the Courier-Mail , and even though it was not huge numbers, there was over 40% of people who were saying they would not buy Vegemite because of the change in labelling and the pandering to the vegans.
Any thought??
