The system is not perfect. if insurance was covering pet damage then it would have worked better for both tenants and landlords. And no... i am not asking for symphathy. In regards to your post, i was always interested to look into commercial property but i never really investigated it fully. Propably i thought it was capital intensive and was a bit scared to go alone. Its something that i would love to look into...
