It's easy enough to get into commercial property kenalex. This time last year, I was researching into buying an office in a complex (at a cost of $595,000) that has a long term lease to a fertility clinic - a sound business - then C19 hit. A property I have is tenanted to a gym - not the most stable business during C19 times. As well documneted in this forum, any retail property is to be avoided.
