As far as builders are concerned WaaS is an ideal model , all the risk is with FBR , the builder send them a plan , they quote , builder send them an order to proceed with start dates and schedule of dates and following trades . There is no risk to builders , all risks are on the contractors “FBR” There is nothing easier than this imo , What FBR are trying to achieve by using different builders to build those 5 homes is the builders confidence in using a new product , just as they have with Archistruct , if this become the norm just as concrete pump trucks are atm even the most cautious of builders will be forced to use HX to be competitive or end up just like the Kodak moment . Every builder is using concrete pump trucks , who in their right mind would use labour pushing barrows ? and who ever didn’t adapt , well they’re just no longer with us . Perth is the pilot program to the world imo . That shareholders update has been what I’ve been waiting to hear for a while now , let’s just hope they can execute it , there could not be a better time to move forward than in todays market , it is the perfect storm to succeed as the demand for bricklayers will be huge .
