I have seen a lot of comments regarding small build.
It is deceiving from a distance or from aerial view.
If you compare the double garage at the front which is 6mt x 6mt or there abouts that is equivalent to 4 small 3 x 3 bedrooms (kids rooms).
It is completely different when complete and you walk through a house.
you will find it is quite a normal build.
