I think that's why FBR has been trying to nailed down on the 3rd builder for a while now, and they were trying to prove the HX solution fits builders of all sizes, I don't know the 3rd one will be DR horton, but it should be a big market share builder for sure, even Lennar is on the plate, imagine pairing up both HadrianX and ICON, a true future building company.
I think that's why FBR has been trying to nailed down on the 3rd...
