I believe they are doing the right thing, it's not ready for public viewing and live streaming yet, if you look at the apparent wedging/hammering, hopefully they can continue finetuning this in the following builds and improve it until they invite everyone over.
Builders are taking a risk with this too, thus the smaller build as a starter, all understandable.
What no one can argue about is, that was up in a day or two, still consistent with WaaS target, but will only get better build by build.
