Always some interesting discussion on HC when I tune in, and some great points. It just got me thinking about how small and medium builders could really capitalise on the HX. If they used it and the larger companies didn’t then they could really start to reign in the big players just from the time saved for home completions. Would be interesting to see the effect on companies down the track who shied away from it vs those who adopted the tech in their builds. With the constraints on HX availability over the next couple of years you would be kicking yourself if a competitor booked all the WAAS slots and increased their home completions by a fat margin just because you were too apathetic.
