The statements made by Andy during that video have answered some questions.
Where will they be testing the bulk sampling?
Andy said, they will test it themselves.
That tells me that they will most likely build a plant that is around 1.5m t capacity, they will prove the conglomerate gold or not and have the scope to upgrade the plant accordingly if the conglomerate has what we think it has.
