Funny because the more spot goes up the better it is for PEN they will get more people in to speed things up. THis is a game of chess with Uts and contracts and only 15-20% lom with cash and no debt means they are winning and people hate that are invested heavy in others. pen wants spot to go up because then uts will contract for very high prices. ANother reason they secured next years at these cheap prices.
