Higher initial cost. The sustaining cost will be about the same. PEN noted in their research paper that the Kazakhs had much worse level of calcium carbonate. The Kazakhs resolved this issue and became the lowest-cost U producer in the world. Strata Energy has done work in many low pH ISR around the world. So I am confident they will be able to get Lance up and running.
