so looking at the market caps of the 2 at last close
boe $432m
pen $147m. The only issue I see in comparison is there market caps very lopsided pen is about 1/3 of boe cap
the difference is amazing ? sometimes stocks move before others do catching up to do o yes plenty
the market will not forget or miss the cap difference !!

I dont like boe, they will cost too much and has ran too much compared to Uranium price. I saw a chart showing each run since November and boe is trading like Uranium is 70 dollars in the spot. They will do crs but pen wont unless its 6m to get into production but ceo said above thats only 1 option of many.
