PEN shareholders have been through a lot in the past 5-10 yrs, not all decisions were good, etc.. i get it! but all the "pain" (ie. CRs, consolidation, permitting, building of processing plant, etc) is behind us now. we can now benefit by signing more contracts, and having money roll in
whereas, explorers/developers have another 5-10 years of "pain" ahead of them, before they make a single dollar from uranium sales
