Just watch when the top 20 shareholders buy back into pen. Them leaving before low ph isr into covid was 1 reason on the drop. They held a lot of the float. I think 50 cents soon when boe is trading like uranium is $70 , they are heavily loaded by Tribeca Globa Natural resource fund pumping it. Pen is next.
