Agree, this company is not derisked until the FDA makes its approval announcement. Tough gig for SI - if he speaks up ahead of announcement he should have waited, if he says nothing he is accused of not providing any updates. I don't know what the right answer is, but if you are going to say something than underpromise and over deliver - personally I think this is the approach that SI takes. he is very conservative in his statements.
