    Hi CTD82,

It seems to me you are relating how FBR build to how a traditional build may be done. You see this is not the case with FBR, they are looking at a whole new way which means adjusting current practice. If you have a genuine interest I would suggest you put your questions forward to FBR in the first instance and not spread uninformed information on HC. You could write them an e-mail (knowing it may take 2-4 weeks for a response) and then share your findings here. As for the concrete precast floors perhaps it is better to wait a few months until we all find an answer rather than say it won’t work, they have already told us they are doing it and that the engineering is complete.

As a general rule of thumb all the technical pieces builders have said they will not be able to achieve they have done so.

By the way I have worked in construction and construction is a serious of production lines with the variables programmed in. You should see how far industrial construction has come over the last 10-15 years, its completely different to how it used to be.

As for pricing of the HX the plan is to sort out the production line of the HX 110 (which will be at least a double laying rate) over the next 12 months with the cost of each machine being around 1 mill. This was in the corporate presentation.

It is best to think of the HX as a 3d printer and not a brick layer tied to traditional methods. I think this may better position you to an open mind of its capabilities and industry change. There has been some big names attached to this company for many years who would of no doubt been providing guidance along the way, somehow I don't think they have all got it wrong but then again having worked in industrial construction I have seen industry change and am open to new possibilities more than most.

Perhaps be a little more patient, less vocal and ask the right people the right questions (Not HC where all the information hasn’t been disclosed).
