I’ll aim for 10 days for lock up, can push it to a week if trades aren’t busy, only on a single story though.
There is no comparison I agree, it’s a brilliant product, it’s just not relevant to a builder & serves no advantage.
You eliminate the bricklayer but you need to render the walls? You’re just swapping trades & now you have an extra cost.
