What and then have lord knows how many others posting on how they could do it better, no thanks, look at some of the threads on CYP and that should answer the question Private or Public !! Right now I have one other Director who is in his very early thirties, is an absolute gun, has the same ethical and moral standards as I do, runs the day to day operations without me sitting on his shoulder and isn't too big to on the odd occasion to still ask the question "what do you think"..............Why spoil a good thing heh !!
