It's back to Mark's own hands to run the show now, and honestly it's always his show to run, just they got CAT looking into their tech at one stage that stirred the whole market, then even down came $35m from FIL & co, FBR suddenly felt like they became a new ASX200 in town, I always laugh about the Global CEO vs Australian CEO thing, their corporate expense were running way too high for what FBR really is about, more importantly, for what FBR could actually deliver, I can tell you, it's about $0.00 revene and lots of questionable performance shares.

I like how FBR looks and weighs today, not too light but certainly not too heavy, that's the way to go given the current situation globally, to be honest I'm more confortable now than I was in 2019.

Hi @Storm_chaser. My question to Mike wasn't about trying to create the perfect Hadrian, it was about understanding whether they are looking at ways to either reduce the build cost and maximise asset utilisation. I'm not keen on seeing them get too fancy, in fact I'd settle for a really simple Hadrian that is out building real houses. (I'm about 1 month away from reducing my sentiment from Buy to Hold)

And I completely agree with your comment about $0.00 revenue and WAY TOO MANY performance shares with significantly low hurdle rates. It's a terrible look for a company that just isn't delivering.
