Ive been right along Howkdawg, I was calling for FBR to get out of here years ago. BW are still buying up in the USA conveniently. Summit will still get their house,but Mexico need 750,000 basic affordable houses made and that’s where the demand and cash is. There will no doubt be a mass producer under the noses of many cashed up investors , instead of this isolated tiny ghost town that Perth currently is with most people drawing on their super and the country living of a maxed out credit card in a false economy for the moment.
