    Hi JakeTheMuss

    I believe at some stage in the last 18 months Sonangol moved the goal posts with regard to local company involvement with the onshore leases, hence the delays and the restructering of CVI and the US100m facility to accommodate the new regulations.

    I stand to be corrected here.
