Usualsuspect / Aburbe,

Makes me wonder why COZ with its two arms of the business wouldn't consider a takeover of MDB through the enviro part of the business and deploy its processes in the tiger prawn sea farms part of the business.

They could do it though a scrip issue which would improve market liquidity (and possibly credibility) for COZ, give MBD a ready market for its processes (the sea farms operations) and allow MDB to be another revenue stream for COZ.
