Good points, it 'd be a sensible choice for COZ to consider.
Alternatively, perhaps, expect projects specific JV/partnership arrangements? I 'd think that MBD is already on their (COZ) radar, I may attend the meeting next month and shall see what 's cooking.
MBD 's board members were part of the 450 strong trade mission just back from India, I wonder if COZ had a delegate too.
