New Wearable - Code name "Arty Band"

In the March Quarterly Update CDX announced it was launching a new wearable product, code name "Arty Band".
I believe this is a huge step for CardieX, and yet the news has been completely missed, or ignored, by the market.

Let's unstack some of what we were told :

The goal : To own the vascular health wearable segment
How :
- 25 years of knowledge and know-how, backed by proprietary, patented and trademarked health parameters,
- utilising our device and sensor patents

Arty Band

- Arty Band will will use our patent sensor technology to deliver a consumer wearable the provides FDA approved "cuffless" blood pressure monitoring.
- Arty Band will take these measurements and feed them into the companion ArtyGo App, which in turn will be integrated into ArtyNet. ArtyNet is a physician software platform that will also be FDA approved.
- Using Arty Band and subscribing to the ArtyGo app will give the consumer ( and their doctor ) access to a suite of vascular health parameters to assist in maintaining better health.

Our target market

1.3 BILLION consumers who are hypertensive

Our Competitive Advantage

Apple Watch and other wearables are "wellness" products only. They are not medical devices with FDA clearance.
Clinician's will most likely recommend an FDA approved device for 24hr monitoring over "flakey" wellness products.

Timeline

In the next 4 weeks

- Product Name finalised and announced to market ( replacing Arty Band )
- PPG Sensor partner contracted
- Technology partner for health algorithms contracted.
- Contract manufacturer finalised

and then

FDA Submission Q2/FY22
Pre-marketing and Pre-Orders Q2/FY22
( product details and specifications released to the market on FDA submission, I imagine well before CDXO date of Nov 30th )
Mass production commences Q3/FY22
Expected launch late Q3 FY22 on FDA clearance ( expected 6 months given existing suite of products with existing clearance )

IMO, this will be a groundbreaking medical wearable device delivered by CardieX, owned by CardieX, controlled by CardieX, that will enable the company to deliver on it's vision of owning the wearable vascular market.
