As others mentioned over a year ago, the way IK has one about firstly pegging and jorcing BM and now pegging an absolute crap load of LV bc is more reminiscent of Fortescue. As LV already has some big players in the BC space in the power station owners who also own the not insubstantial BC around their power station. Along comes a bloke with inside knowledge of BC upgrading technology, understands that all those seemingly worthless bc leases will actually come to have great value and pegs that land.
